Here at Top Precision Inc dba Gendrons Inc (Referred to as Gendrons), we stand behind our products. If there is a problem with your order or if you need to return or exchange an item, we will do our best to make things right. As such, we offer a 30-Day hassle free refund policy. For International returns please see our International Refund Policy.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the items back and we have processed them at our warehouse. Please Note: Shipping is not refunded unless the item is broken, damaged, or incorrect.

You may return items for a refund/exchange providing they are unused and in their original packaging. All accessories originally included with your item must be included with your return.

Return the item for a full refund to the original payment method (Shipping is not refundable).

Return an item to us as an exchange for a different item. (Buyer pays the price difference if over the refund amount and will receive a refund for the remaining refund owed if under.) Please let us know what item you would like to exchange for.

Return an item for replacement on broken, damaged, or incorrect items. (Please provide a description of the issue. We may request pictures to clarify.)
From there we will issue you a unique Return Authorization number (RA#) and provide you with a prepaid return label. Please use the prepaid label so that your return will be expedited. If you are having troubles with printing the label let us know and we can mail one directly to you.
Returns will be inspected upon arrival and serial numbers verified with our records before a refund or exchange is processed. We will notify you on the status of your refund, replacement, or exchange via email. Replacements/ Exchanges will be mailed out within 2 business days of receiving the return. We will notify you of its shipment and the tracking ID via email. We will initiate the refund within 2 business days of receiving the return. While we process returns and refunds within 2 business days, it may take up to 10 business days for your Bank/ Card/ PayPal to complete it depending on their processing time. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
Please note that a restocking fee of 5% will be applied if the steps mentioned above are not followed. (IE: We were not contacted before item was returned so no RA# was provided, the prepaid return label was not used, or an incomplete order/an incorrect item was returned.)
